Based on accessibility standards on cognitive load could be easily proceed. It is because the site is well organized. Tone of the color is great and its easy to read contents. It could be well explained in short paragraph and I don’t find any confusion at wording. Looking at each headline, there are arranged to thick font style and subline goes thin fonts which means there are no problem at typography.
- Give a score out of 5 (5 is highest) for how effectively the homepage meets the principles of being perceivable, understandable, operable, and robust.

Each hyperlinks works fine and its fast enough. Digital program are illustrated as charts and it is easy to get the information.

It is organized on lengthwise and there are no problem at spacing and the chart is also going vertical but reading contents can be read as pc site version.
